Getting Started

In order to start enjoying the benefits of our easy online ordering service you should apply for a trade account. Please click here to do so. You will be contacted within three working days to confirm if your application has been successful. If your application is processed successfully you will be contacted by your new account manager to confirm the details. Login to your account. Add the number of units of your chosen items to the shopping cart. At the bottom of each product page Click 'add to bag' and your basket will pop up. The shopping cart will calculate the total number of units. No price will be shown at this stage as you will be invoiced once your account has been set up. When you have clicked 'add' you can either "continue shopping" or proceed to 'checkout'. Once we have received your order you will receive a confirmation email and shipping email with tracking number once the goods have been dispatched from our warehouse.

• Ordering in bulk is easy. Add an item as normal. At the checkout you are able to increase the quantity ordered, by typing the new quantity in the 'quantity' box. Please note you must click 'Update Cart' to confirm the change in quantity.
